I find broken processes and fix them.

Not by waiting to be asked. I notice the friction nobody's bothered to name, design the fix nobody asked for, build the tool that executes it, and stay close enough to make sure it sticks.

Same thing for clients: end-to-end, requirements through delivery, since 2018.

I'm also an illustrator with a design background. Same eye, different canvas.
